1. Authenticity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
with Aarti Samani
In an era where artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, human interaction, and the world around us, our values are tested constantly. Great leadership is built upon trust, which stems from authenticity and ethical decision-making. When everything is influenced by algorithms, the boundaries between real and synthetic are blurred, and even the universe as we know it is becoming virtual, how do we inspire trust in our leadership?

Can we even trust our own thoughts to be authentic? Are we unbiased, untouched, protected from the influences of the artificial? Humanity is at an inflection point, where our cognition is being shaken from its core, where the risk of being enslaved by machines is very real and questions are being raised about what it means to be human.

It is more important than ever that we have open and honest conversations about some of the fundamental human values. I am delighted to be hosting this session, where we will delve into the meaning of authenticity in the age of AI. Come, join the discussion, and let’s explore it together!

2. Does Your Relationship With Money Reflect Your Authentic Self?
with Sarah Charles

“It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me.” In her wildly popular anthem Anti-Hero, Taylor Swift lays bare her anxieties and self-doubt. You might wonder how someone so talented and so celebrated could feel so insecure? And yet, success is not a proxy for confidence which is why so many successful and accomplished women lack confidence when it comes to money. In fact, in Fidelity’s 2021 Women and Investing Study, only 33% of women see themselves as investors and only 42% feel confident in their ability to save for future milestones like retirement.

What does that mean for the large majority of women who will become their family’s sole financial decision maker? Or the trillions of dollars of wealth that women control?

Sarah Charles explores what contributes to women’s lack of confidence when it comes to investing, and how women can overcome the disconnect between their anxieties and their strengths, so that they can embrace their full financial power.

3. Accessing Authentic Self Learning Through Body Work
with Mary Mason Boaz

Our bodies are an exquisitely untapped source of learning and wisdom. They are trying to tell us the answer to that challenging problem or guide us in a certain direction, but we’ve been taught to ignore our bodies and listen only to our rational minds. When we operate without a deep awareness of our body, we miss out on a transformational source of growth and learning. In this session participants will have the opportunity to apply body work to a current challenge they are facing, begin to build the skills to access this source of learning more regularly, and walk away with resources and practices they can use immediately. This session may be a first step for some, or a continuation for others, in the work of getting in touch with our bodies, connecting to our intuition, and accessing an entirely new source of learning.
